Pulse Cutting Remarkably Increases Productivity

Single pulse cutting cancels the vibrations that occur during the penetration force. This technology decreases cutting resistance while increasing blade life and cutting rates. Increased blade life is now guaranteed without sacrificing productivity.
Pearl Equipment has this used Amada PCSAW430AX Horizontal Pulse Cutting Bandsaw S/N: 43010003, Mfg. 2008, Stock No: 87216, Model: PCSAW430AX with a cutting capacity from 1.18″ x 16.93″ round to 16.93″ x 16.94″ rectangle and a work load capacity: 6,613 Lbs. Blade dimensions are 20′ L x 0.063″ T x 2″ W and blade speed is variable from 49 – 394 Ft/Min. Inverter tension is controlled hydraulically. Top limit setting is set automatically W/Quick Approach Feeler. Cutting control on the PCSAW 430AX is by means of Windows CNC, Servo Motor W/Ball Screw, hydraulic pressure-flow control valve, split vise controlled hydraulically with full-stroke cylinder. Power requirements are 220V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz, 16 KVA. Cutting fluid tank capacity is 47.3 Gal. fluid is delivered by means of an electric pump. Hydraulic tank capacity is 7.34 Gal. with pressure set at 597.4 PSI. Indexing is achieved via shuttle vise with a stroke of 19.685″. Lengths from 0.394″ – 99.999″ can be reached, number of input stations is 1 – 99, number of cutoff pieces is 1 – 9999, remnant length is 3.54″
